The client will give DPOI access to the job location during regular business hours and any additional mutually agreed-upon times.
DPOI will provide, for use by the Contractor in the performance of their contract, the needed supplies and equipment.
The client will provide payment to “Dynamic, Inc.” DPOI proudly accepts almost all Major Debit/Credit cards, Cash, & select Cryptocurrency. Failure to make adequate payment within 15 days of receiving an invoice may result in acquired interest fees, penalty fees, & or in some cases property liens. Pricing Structure
The pricing structure offered by DPOI encompasses various payment methods tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients. Billed hourly rates range from $22 to $185 per hour, contingent upon the complexity of the tasks undertaken. Fixed fees are established for specific services as outlined in the client’s contract, ensuring transparency and predictability. Additionally, commission-based fees entail a percentage of revenue generated through DPOI’s services, aligning our interests with the success of our clients. With dynamic pricing, rates may adjust in real-time to reflect current demand levels, optimizing value for both parties. Furthermore, late fee penalties are applied at an industry-standard rate of 5.5% compounding for overdue payments, incentivizing timely remuneration and fostering a mutually beneficial business relationship.
DPOI extends a 0.0% interest rate on outstanding invoices for clients within a Current Open or Active work contract, as well as for any Valid 501c3 Nonprofit Organizations.
Services to be performed by DPOI may include, but are not subject/limited to, the following: Client Asset Management; Commercial-Management, Property-Management, Outsourced Contracting, The Networking or Creation of Client Revenue Collection Platforms, Trademark Information, & or The Collection/Creation of Custom-or-Unique Client Data, Any Client Revenue Generating Activity, Custom Software Development, or Other Billable Services DPOI can offer.
Client Responsibility Warranty:
By accepting services provided by DPOI, the Client acknowledges and agrees to assume full responsibility for the proper care and use of any tools or equipment provided by DPOI during the course of the job. The Client understands that any damage or malfunction of tools or equipment caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized alteration by the Client or their representatives shall be the sole responsibility of the Client. In the event that any tool or piece of equipment provided by DPOI is damaged or malfunctions due to factors within the control of the Client, including but not limited to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized alteration, the Client agrees to be liable for the replacement or repair costs incurred by DPOI. DPOI shall promptly notify the Client of the cost associated with the replacement or repair, and the Client shall remunerate DPOI for such expenses within 15 days of receiving the invoice. This Client Responsibility Warranty does not apply to damage or malfunction of tools or equipment caused by factors beyond the control of the Client. DPOI reserves the right to determine the cause of damage or malfunction and to assess the appropriate charges accordingly. By accepting these terms, the Client acknowledges their responsibility for the proper handling and care of all tools and equipment provided by DPOI during the job, and agrees to indemnify and hold DPOI harmless from any liability arising from the Client’s misuse or negligence.DPOI will begin performing services on an agreed date and time, after which services may be, but are not limited to, performed on a tracked & mutually agreed-upon schedule.
DPOI & its affiliates may terminate service following the violation of these terms and conditions. The Client party may terminate a contract with written notice, and any payment for the mentioned services owed by the client shall be due and payable at the time their agreement is terminated.
During the employment period and the restriction period following termination of employment, the Executive/Client will not, except with the prior written consent of the company, directly or indirectly, induce any employee of the company, “Dynamic Inc…” or any of their respective subsidiaries or controlled affiliates to terminate employment with such entity, and will not, directly or indirectly, either individually or as owner, agent, employee, consultant, or otherwise, employ, offer employment, or cause employment to be offered to any person (including employment as an independent contractor) who is or was employed by the company, “Dynamic Inc.” or any of their respective subsidiaries or controlled affiliates unless such person shall have ceased to be employed by such entity for a period of at least twelve months. For purposes of this Section 9(c), “employment” shall be deemed to include rendering services as an independent contractor, and “employees” shall be deemed to include independent contractors.
Software & Data Use: Our software may collect and store microdata, including but not limited to user interactions, device information, and usage patterns. The collected data may be utilized to improve our functionality to provide personalized experiences for users & other analytical purposes.
